Rose’s Room is a professional development and learning hub located in Elgin, Illinois, designed for small, intentional gatherings.

With a maximum capacity of 40 people, the space keeps events focused, comfortable, and deeply engaging.

The Studio is ideal for:

• Professional workshops and trainings
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certification classes
• Networking events, masterminds, and meetups
• Baby showers, bridal showers, and small celebrations

General Use

The space is intended for professional development, workshops, meetings, and small curated gatherings.

• 2 Hr Minimum = $200
• +$100 each additional hour
• 40 Guests Max
• Setup and breakdown must be done during your reserved time

Prohibited Activities

• No open flames (including candles)
• No cooking or food preparation (outside catering is okay)
• No smoking or vaping
• No alcohol or illegal drug use
• No excessively loud music
• No explicit or inappropriate content creation
• No selling products or services without approval
• No helium balloons
• No glitter, confetti, or materials that create excessive mess

• Kitchenette Access

(fridge, coffee maker, coffee, cups, utensils, bottled water, condiments for coffee, etc.)

• Table Covers

Rose’s room can provide black or white table covers for your event.

• Tripod / Device stand

A handy device stand for phones or tablets.

• TV / Presentation Setup

(65” TV with HDMI access and presentation clicker)

• Decorative Arches

Rose’s room can provide decorative arches, heart shaped decorations, and table decorations.

• Standing Desk

A standing desk for presenting or display.
