General Use
The space is intended for professional development, workshops, meetings, and small curated gatherings.
Prohibited Activities:
- No open flames (including candles)
- No cooking or food preparation (outside catering is okay)
- No smoking or vaping
- No alcohol or illegal drug use
- No excessively loud music
- No explicit or inappropriate content creation
- No selling products or services without approval
- No helium balloons
- No glitter, confetti, or materials that create excessive mess
Cleanliness & Condition
- Space must be returned in the same condition it was received
- Excessive cleaning may result in a $175 fee
Time & Overtime
- Events must end by 9:00 PM
- Overtime will be charged at the hourly rate
Liability
- The person booking is responsible for all guests and any damages
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items
Cancellation Policy
Bookings may be canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled event for a full credit toward a future booking.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in a full charge.
